All items sold on this website are collectable items and not toys and therefore are not suitable for children.

Shipping and Delivery

At Ginos Bears we will always send your goods out by either First Class Royal Mail (Signed For) or by a Carrier such as Parcel Force.  Using these services you should expect to receive your items within seven days of ordering, unless otherwise notified by email.  If a delay in posting due to holidays, sickness or unforeseen circumstances happens either an email to the customer and/or a message will be posted on the site regarding such delay.  Once your order has been received via our site an email will be sent to the customer notifying that postage of the item has been made and the expected date of arrival.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).  We collect information about you for two reasons :  firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes :

• Your name
• Your address
• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• Your purchase history

All financial details are stored and managed by Paypal, our financial partner, including :

• Credit/debit card details
• Paypal details

We do not hold any of these financial details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly when notified.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.  This can include using a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser,  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.  The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Returns and Replacements

If you wish to return your order
Should you need to return goods to us for whatever the reason you must notify us via email at enquiries@ginosbears.co.uk with the following information:

• Your full contact details
• Details of the product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Date of purchase

We will then email you back with an Approved Authorisation Number (AAN).  This must be clearly visible on the returned package.  We cannot accept unauthorized returns.  Returns must be suitably packaged and sent by registered postage, which must be paid for by you.  The item must be in the condition we sold it to you, together with all packaging materials intact.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is recived otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Items purchased outside the UK

Items are non-returnable outside the UK.

Making A Payment

How Can I Make Payment?
You can make payment by either a personal cheque or by using our Paypal account.

Will My Payments Be Secure?
Yes.  Once you’ve made your order and filled in your address details, our site sends you to Paypal’s secure website to make the payment.

Do You Keep Credit Card Details?
No.  You only enter your credit card or debit card details into Paypal’s website not ours so at no point do we have access to them.
