This highly detailed model of Schumacher's 2000 Ferrari is a highly detailed precision model authorised by Ferrari.
The year 2000 was going to be a good one from the early signs and of course building on the 1999 successes.

One of the finest models made by IXO, and well worth waiting for.
This super-detailed Ferrari 156/85 shows Ferrari at the height of the turbo era. The Ferrari technicians unfortunatly change the turbos from KKK to Garrett ones which suddenly made the Ferrari's fragile. One of Gino's keepers remember the era well and has deaf ears to prove it.

Technofix Tinplate Grand Prix

Here we have a 1962 Motor Racing Game from the famous West German toy manufacturer.
All the parts are lithographed tin plate and are in superb condition.
There are two Porsche 356 cars numbered 1 & 2 and in bright red and bright blue. Both are excellent, and feature the two drivers printed on all the 'windows'. There should be a third yellow car in the set but sadly during the last fifty years this has driven off. Includes the key to wind the cars up.
This is set No 302 and has the Technofix logos on the tin track and includes the original box lid which has instructions on how to race the cars.

Wonderful for display or to use.

Rex Tin Liner

This bear has been sold.

A lovely tin liner made by MS (West Germany) of the famous liner Rex, which was the only Italian Liner ever to hold the Blue Ribbon.
This model is 24 cms long by 5cms beam (9" x2").
Tin is in good condition with only minor scratches. No dents. The plastic rudder is missing one blade (easily replaced) and the key is missing. the top of the bow featured the MS badge of a leaping stag.
The two funnels are red plastic.

Presented in a superb limited edition box, these race ready Chaparral 2E cars have the authentic livery of their win at Laguna Seca.
The box contains the two 1:32 Chaparral 2Es, two blue wings with blue structs and two white wings.

Schuco Motodrill 1006 Motorcycle

One of the most interesting Tin Plate Toys ever produced by Schuco.
This is a Schuco Motodrill 1006 Motor Bike which is in good condition considering its age. Made in the US Zone of Western Germany post WW2, around 1952.
A classic pre-war design originally called the Schuco Sport.
With red mudguards, yellow rider overalls and complete with a headlamp in orange. Clockwork motor temperamental . There are signs of rubbing where the rider has fallen over, and slight rust under the bike. These are commensurate with the age and the originality.

A historic programme from 1948 illustrating the 18 July Speed Hill Climb meeting.
Beautiful original condition with only the slightly rusting staples showing through the centre (as shown in the images).
No tears or creases.
The times of the cars on each run have been pencilled in and show an historic picture of speeds in 1948.
Also included as a bonus is a 1948 Christmas card showing K W Bear (no relation) driving at speed at Prescott.

Mike Hawthorn Carlotti Takes the Wheel

Lovely condition of a first edition copy of Mike Hawthorn's second book of fiction. The story of Carlotti Smith was written in 1959 and was published approx two weeks before he died.
Front cover is in fine condition, small tear on the back cover and a small mark in the spine. Couple on marks on the top of the pages. A Childrens Book Club edition published by Cassell 169 pages.
