A gorgeous old stuffed dog who retains her original Chiltern Hygenic Toys label underneath her belly.
Circa 1950's.
She stands at approximately 24 cms tall from her front paw to the top of her head and approximately 29 cms in length from the end of her tail to the tip of her nose.
She is made out of beautiful blonde mohair and still has her original glass eyes and original stitched nose and mouth.
Lulu also has her original two-toned ribbon around her neck.
She would make a great friend for a doll or a teddy bear or a human.....

A lovely old Fluffy Cat by Steiff.
Circa 1920's.
Fluffy stands approx. 21 cms/8inches.
He sits in a proud and adorable position.
His head is movable.
Of course, due to his age, Fluffy Cat has some bald patches to his gorgeous grey and white coat, but he really is in great condition for his age, retaining his original eyes and nose and mouth stitching.
Fluffy also still retains some of his red stitched paws.
Unfortunately, however, our Fluffy does not still have his button in ear or his label on his chest.
He certainly would make a great addition to any hug of Teddy Bears or soft toys. More Details

Do you just love Old Pandas?
Then you will almost certainly fall in love with this old fella.
Ernie is a plush Merrythought Nightdress Case made in 1966-67.
Ernie is a large Old Panda measuring some 16 inches tall (he's in a sitting position).
He retains his original label which is proudly stitched on his bottom and he has original and very beautiful eyes, nose and mouth, infact Old Ernie is in very good condition for his age.
What we love about Ernie most of all though is his beautiful expression, he is a gorgeous old chap and quite unusual we think. More Details

Sally is a lovely Old Stuffed Dog dating to the early 1950's we think.
She was given to a little girl called Ann by her Gran when she had measles, but Ann cannot remember whether Sally was new or not when she received her.
Ann called her new found friend Sally, after a best friend. She became one of Ann's favourite toys for many years.
Sally is approx. 21 cms tall.
She has lots of playwear, of course, and a very small hole in her back, but no love has seeped through at all.
Sally has a label on her back which reads 'Hygenically filled foreign'.
She has no restoration at all and she retains her original glass eyes and black plastic nose.
Sally would make a wonderful Old Teddy Bear friend. We love her.....

A large and gorgeous Paddington Teddy Bear made by the famous 'Paddington Bear' makers - Gabrielle Designs.
The founder of Gabrielle Designs, of course, was Shirley Clarkson (Mother of the famous Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame).
Circa 1972.
Paddington Bear stands approx. 43 cms. tall.
He is in very good condition and still has his makers label on his back and his famous 'Dunlop' wellies.
Wearing Dunlop wellies makes him one of the first bears to be produced by Gabrielle Designs as later on the company made their own wellington boots.
I think we all have a special place in our hearts for Paddington Bear. More Details

From 1954 to 1980, Merrythought produced many of the Disney characters that everyone loved. Perhaps because of the Disney organisation's tough quality requirements, they probably represent some of Merrythoughts very best work.
This is a small version of 'Lady' from the famous Disney film Lady and the Tramp.
She is approx. 17 cms tall and is in good condition for her age.
She still has her original adorable eyes, nose and red tongue together with her original orange ribbon.
She also still has her Merrythought label on her paw.
She has playwear and a very small hole at the back of her neck.
This little lady is a wonderful collectors item. More Details

You are about to meet Milligan...
A very sweet Old Panda Bear who unfortunately is blind but despite this, he has loads and loads of character.
Milligan is approx. 25 cms tall.
His head is posed a little to one side, giving him a very sweet expression.
Milligan has his original paw pads.
He has some hand stitched repairs and, of course he has some bald patches which is only to be expected, as once upon a time someone loved him very much. We hope we can find someone to love him again.
Oh yes, he also has a gorgeos stubby little black tail.
You couldn't blame anyone for falling in love with Milligan would you? More Details

Chung is a replica Archive Merrythought Panda.
He is a beautiful Limited Edition Panda Bear Number 13 of just 60.
Merrythought created him from archive patterns - he was first shown in their catalogue in the 1930's.
Chung is approximately 13 inches tall and he is suitable for children over the age of 36 months.
He is a fabulous, soft, cuddly and extremely sweet Panda Bear - we love him..and we think that you will too.. More Details

Meet Ronald Panda.
A very interesting character who we call Ronald Panda.
Ronald is a wonderful example of Old Clockwork Toys from the 1950's/1960's.
Ronald's clockwork motion is still in good working order which means he pours himself a drink, swallows it down (in one) and his tail also wags.
Ronald has lots of playwear to the back of his dungarees, but what a lovely old chap he is.
Ronald would look absolutely wonderful sitting with a hug of Old Panda Bears or in a display with other teddy bear ephemera.
Ronald stands just 7 inches tall.

Meet Misha.
Misha is a beautiful unjointed plush teddy Bear.
He is approximately 12 inches tall.
Misha was designed by the famous Russian Artist, Viktor Chizhikov for the soft toy makers, R. Dakin And Company, as the official mascot for the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games.
Misha is in great condition and still has his original label and also his paper label.
A seriously wonderful teddy bear of immense character.

A beautiful old monkey who needs lots and lots of TLC.
Jacko has a very sweet old face and he still has his original eyes, face and ears.
Unfortunately due to his age he has some major damage to his back.
His limbs are also very loose and floppy as he has been jointed with wire.
Jacko has his original red ribbon and has all his original hands and feet (which is made from felt).
Jacko is approximately 38 cms tall.
He is an extremely lovable old chap and would make a great friend for any old bear. More Details

Meet a little teddy with a GREAT BIG personality called Rolfe.
Rolfe is a little German bear who has jointed limbs but his head remains unjointed.
He has had lots and lots of love over the years and this shows in his overall condition.
He has overall balding, but for his age he is still in good condition.
Rolfe has some holes and some repairs to his paw pads on his feet.
He also has a tiny hole in his nose, but we think it just adds to his wonderful old bear character.
Rolfe is approximately 13 cms tall.
He has his original eyes, together with his original nose and mouth stitching.
Rolfe is certainly a gorgeous little bear who will always make you smile. More Details
